KID (under 18) INDOOR LIABILITY RELEASE, WAIVER, INDEMNIFICATION, EXPRESS ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE

I afirm by my signature below that I am voluntarily allowing my kid to use the climbing, bouldering, and training facilities at Urban Climbing.

I UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE DANGERS AND RISKS (BOTH APPARENT AND UNANTICIPATED) INHERENT to climbing.

I, on behalf of my kid, myself, my family, heirs, successors, assigns or anyone else claiming any interest through me, hereby KNOWINGLY, INTENTIONALLY, AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVE, RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS Urban Climbing, and all their employees, guides, volunteers, managers, members, consultants, assigns, and agents (collectively referred to as the "Released Parties") FROM ANY AND ALL ACTIONS, SUITS, CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LIABILITY, AND LOSS, that I, my family, heirs, successors, assigns or anyone claiming any interest through me, MAY HAVE FOR ANY DAMAGE, INJURY, PARALYSIS, LOSS OR DEATH TO MYSELF OR ANY OTHER PERSON.

Furthermore, Urban Climbing and all Released Parties cannot be held responsible to any damage or harm that may befall my kid and/or property, in any circumstance where he uses knowledge he acquired from urban climbing, including, but not limited to events the negligence of the Released Parties, (whether passive or active).

I understand my kid's duty to learn the Urban Climbing Regulations and rules and to act accordingly (The regulations can be found on Urban Climbing Web site at:www.uclimb.co.il/dl/regulationsEN.pdf).

I acknowledge and agree that a person who does not follow the previous is hasardous to himself and to others and that any harm that may befall him cannot be considered the responsibility of Urban Climbing and Released Parties

I agree that in the case of any ingury or harm to third person during an outdoor activity and/or other Urban Climbing related activity of my kid, I will compensate and assume responsibility instead of Urban Climbing and all Released Parties.

Both I and my kid have read Urban Climbing regulations and agree to follow them.

I swear that my kid is am physically fit and competent to use the Facilities, has no medical and/or mental problem that may bias his judgment.

I know that THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING LIABILITY RELEASE, WAIVER, EXPRESS ASSUMPTION OF RISK, INDEMNIFICATION, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE THAT AFFECTS MY LEGAL RIGHTS.
