Yoga for stress release 

 
Yoga for stress release is a mini-retreat from our daily worries and routines. We will use the Hatha yoga as well as explore  the different body-mind techniques which will lead us to the better connection to ourselves, deeper insights into our lives and easier letting go of things which don't serve us any more: stress, fatigue, anxiety, negative thinking...
The yoga session - balanced combination of gentle movement, bodily poses, breath and body-mind awareness - will give us a frame to practice self-perception in the present moment.
